Holistic therapy uses different techniques and approaches coming from yoga, mindfulness and hypnotherapy, using always a holistic approach

Holistic approach means that I consider every client as an individual and I take into consideration every single aspect of you ( body, mind and soul). Before first treatment, a brief consultation is taken to determine the most appropriate form of massage.
